Wi-Fi: We have free WIFI throughout the Inn, please connect to St Austell Brewery Free Wi-Fi.
Parking: Due to our prominent position in St Ives, we have very limited reserved parking spaces located in the Long Stay Station Car Park which needs to be reserved prior to your arrival at an additional cost of £10 per day, per space. If you traveling by Car, please use the postcode (TR26 2EQ) for the Station Car Park. Please see reception on your arrival where you will be issued a car parking permit and space number which is from 12 noon of your day of arrival. Failure to display this permit may result in a penalty charge notice by Cornwall Council. So not to disappoint you on your arrival we advise contacting us immediately after making your reservation if parking is required.
Check in/Out: You can check in at reception from 3pm until 10pm. Please let us know if you will be arriving any later than this. We ask that you vacate the room by 10am on the day of departure.

Electric car charge points: We do not have any charge points but you can find out where you can charge your EV locally here.
Family Rooms: We have a selection of family rooms which can sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children f you book online, please add to the notes that you are bringing children with you or call us for specific requirements.
Additional beds: Some of our rooms are large enough to accommodate Z beds and cots which are available for hire. Please call us to book to ensure you are allocated a room which is large enough.
Rates for children
Additional occupants aged 3+ years are charged 25% of the double room rate. We do have a selection on z beds and cots available for hire.
Air Conditioning: There is no air conditioning.
Baths and showers: Every room has an en-suite with a shower, but not all apartments have a bath. Some have a separate bath, some have a shower over bath and some are shower only. Email our reservations team for full details firstname.lastname@example.org
Accessibility: The Pedn Olva is arranged over 4 floors and some guests who have limited mobility may struggle getting to some of our rooms. Guests with specific access requirements are advised to contact us where will be happy to provide advice and assistance.
Outdoor Swimming Pool: Hotel guests are welcome to use our swimming pool which is open everyday from 10am until 7pm. Towels for the pool are provided and will be in your room on arrival. The pool is closed from November until Easter. For specific dates please contact us.
Dogs: We welcome well behaved dogs into a few, specially selected, rooms at an additional charge of £15 per night, per dog. Your dog is allowed with you in all areas of the Pedn Olva except the main restaurant. If you are booking your room online please mention you are bringing a dog/s in the booking notes. Room amenities: All of our rooms have the following - shampoo, shower gel and a bar of soap, hairdryer, a selection of herbal and breakfast teas, decaf and caffeinated coffee, hot chocolate, UHT milk and flat screen TVs. There will also be a bath sheet and a hand towel provided for each guest.

Booking and payment information: Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible.
A 25% deposit will be taken on booking, this is refundable up to 28 days prior to arrival. If cancelled up to 72 hours before the date of arrival no further charges will be incurred, if you cancel later than this, then you will be charged in full. In case of a no show the total price of your reservation will be charged. A different deposit amount, cancellation charges and other conditions may apply to certain rates, as specified
We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the property during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
Bookings made through a third party agent (e.g booking.com) are subject to the terms and conditions of that company.
